Exploring Ancient Egyptian Identities: LGBTQ+ History Month
_JPG.jpg)
This event took place during February half-term as part of our LGBT+ History Month and Beyond programme of digital activities and online events. This was a family event suitable for all ages and was designed be used as part of a homeschooling programme.
‘Exploring Ancient Egyptian Identities’ took a look at how divinity transcends gender, with opportunities to craft creative responses by making divine masks and the opportunity to ask questions to Dr Campbell Price (he/him), Manchester Museum's Curator of Egypt & Sudan.
